On Friday Takahiro Omori posted his announcement on social media, writing, “I wanted to announce that I will be fishing Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour for 2019. I want to thank all my fans and sponsors for their support over the years. I couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks to B.A.S.S. for giving me the opportunity to build my career. I look forward to a great future with MLF.” Omori has competed in all of the MLF Cups events.
